The interview process was very straightforward. It was series of questions through a job application site. Then common interview questions over the phone consisting of prior experience and why the organization is important to you and your goals.
Initial phone screening with HR and second zoom interview with the team that you will be working with. Mostly about describing past experiences and why you want to work there

What is the difference between equity and equality?
The interview was very straightforward and I got asked questions about any previous experiences in the social justice sphere and what potential projects I would be interested in. I didn't feel like I was being tested or interrogated.
