El proceso de entrevista fue claro y bien estructurado. Primero hubo una llamada inicial con el equipo de Recursos Humanos para comentar mi experiencia, motivación y expectativas salariales. Después realicé una entrevista técnica con el manager, donde evaluaron mis conocimientos y habilidades prácticas mediante preguntas y casos relacionados con el puesto. Finalmente, hubo una entrevista final enfocada en el encaje cultural y en conocer mejor mis objetivos profesionales.

Hiring process is more in common first round is a written test where in it includes tests in literature, mail drafting, analytic, Maths, Microsoft office tools etc, once you clear this you have a Manager of the team who will take the interview and the last round is interview with the operations manager. This profile requires knowledge on usage of various Microsoft tools such as Excel, word and power point.
