Met with the two managers of the project. We discussed what was needed and expectations. It was a very no-nonsense interview, but by 2 pleasant gentlemen. I knew what they were expecting as I had done this type of project many times before, so it wasn't difficult to show them my benefit.

1 Phone interview with HR
2 in-person interviews with hiring manager.
The process was pretty straight forward and HR was in communication as well. Overall the interview portion was fair and didn't take months to hear a response.
