I had an online interview with four interviewers. Before it started, I was asked to turn on my webcam, which I found reasonable. However, none of the interviewers turned on theirs, which I felt was inconsiderate. An interview should be a two-way interaction, but this one felt very one-sided. Their tone came across as condescending, leaving me feeling undervalued and questioning my abilities as an engineer by the end of it.
