The interview went well although the Manager was sending mixed signals the entire time. He was belittling the recruiter in the first two minutes of the phone call which should have triggered me to end the call right there... The interview process was quite pleasant. I got along with the Manager but they thought they were much smarter than me. Dancing around with shoddy excuses like a used car sales man. Contradicting himself to the point where he felt the need to say, "we aren't like other companies who will make you wait several months for a job offer only to have someone else come in more qualified and take it from you at the last minute." I ended the process with, thank you but no thank you.
