I was contacted by Yandex recruiter and invited for online test with basic questions. After passing online test I was invited to on-site interview with coding questions on white board.

You should be prepared with basic data structures questions and complexity. Sorting algorithms and their complexity, be prepared to implement one. Multithreading, synchronisation problems.
