I applied online, then I got a phone interview about an hour long. It was just some behavior question, some situation question, and what are you doing right now. I was out of state, so I have to fly in myself for the second interview without compensation, some more behavior question and skill test on design.

What you do when you have a problem you can't solve?
Not bad at all, good experience, good people. Interview was not hard, they didn't put me on the spot. And the rest was ok in my opinion. I got the job.

Entretien
Interviewing process was simple. Only had to go through one round of interviewing before I received the job offer. Reasonable questions were asked about the job. Overall rather simple interview process.
