Entretien
It was a group interview. I applied online and received a text message to attend an interview a week after. The interview was very chill and I basically had to give 3-5 facts about the other person and further elaborate on my own past experiences as well. Then we were individually given a theme to build an outfit and wait for feedback.
good, was simple via teams and was just basic retail questions being askeed, was friendlyt and on top, it was a going over availabilities etc and if i had previs exp in retail and working within a fashion brand and was quick

Entretien
Applied online and got a call back quickly (in a day). Asked me to come in for an interview. When I came in they asked me to build an outfit with a theme and gave me feedback about it. Sat me down for a 45 minutes interview. (Make a good impression on the phone call before they ask you for the interview as this will be a big part of your experience)
