Simple. Was approached by the TA manager via email first, chose my availability. Then the online meeting was arranged. If you are shortlisted, they'll call you for a second and probably final round.

Friendly HR, they are quite open that I could ask questions about their company culture and others so that I know how to adapt better. Stimulating questions as well as questions that caters towards employees needs such as what we would like to achieve from Yinson and how can Yinson help achieve these
