Great process! Very thorough. Spoke to employees from a variety of backgrounds/ in different departments and everyone was extremely engaged and helpful along the way! Interview Process was split into four stages. I had two separate 45 minute video calls, a take home exercise, and then a final round.

While the interview process was 1 month+ long, it was a very positive experience overall. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, and I was always informed about next steps without long wait times or being left in the dark. Every interviewer I met was kind, professional, and thoughtful, which strongly reflected the company’s culture and helped me evaluate my own fit.
