J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez YipitData (New York, NY) en oct. 2020
Entretien
Very thorough interview process involving an initial phone screening, more in-depth interview with the hiring manager, take-home assignment/presentation, and 4-hour multiple-round/super day interview involving more behavioral questions with several different departments (all four rounds were over zoom). After that, 3+ references and a background check.
I would recommend looking into YipitData's culture and familiarizing yourself with their values. They place a high degree of emphasis on fit and the way they go about their interview process illustrates this.
While it was a lengthy process (1.5 months), I never thought my time was being taken advantage of and always felt like they got back to me reasonably quickly (1-2 days) about the next steps. They also were very understanding of extenuating circumstances, which allowed for some flexibility.
I would echo other Glassdoor reviews and say it was a positive experience and to be candid and honest about yourself during the interview process, just as open communication is something highly valued.

Scrambled and unorganized. Interviewed for a role and then after the interview was told they were no longer hiring for that role and asked that I apply for a different role. Went through an additional three rounds before being told they were moving forward with other candidates.
Took them several days after the last interview to let me know this, and provided zero feedback or info as to what the reasoning was.

Solid Interview Process
(6 weeks from initial outreach to offer)
The interview process was thorough but for good reason. Not only do they want to genuinely understand the candidate (their background, skills, prof. goals, etc.) they also want the candidate to really understand the role/company before joining. Everyone was friendly and professional. It really was an masterclass in hiring strategy.
Interview Steps:
1. Screening call (15-30 min)
2. Zoom Interview (30 min) - Behavioral
3. Zoom Interview (30 min) - Resume Review/Behavioral
4. Mock Call Prep + Take Home Project followed by Mock Call/Take Home Project Discussion (30 min call)

The interview process was longer than other jobs but the overall experience was really good. I went through 5 rounds of interviews with 8 different people. The instructions were clear and I can truly understand more on the company and the culture. However I would say since the overall process is quite long, it is not the easiest to do and you might be a bit burnout afterwards.
