HR was very transparent and let me know that the interview process is long and intense before I began. It was very in-depth as promised (perhaps even daunting at times), but I'm glad I didn't shy away from the challenge. Each team member was friendly, helpful, and gave me reaffirmation of the general company spirit/ culture. It seems Yipit is very interested in watching each candidate demonstrate skills that are very directly related to the job itself, which helped (at least for me) justify the time commitment. I felt like I was given an adequate opportunity to prove why I am qualified for the role, and also enjoyed getting to know the team along the way.
