Smooth and fast.. If I have to discribe it in 2 words.. The interview process was quite efficient. First i had an interview with the Hiring manger, followed by HR, product lead, Ad ops lead and then one of the co-CEOs. The thing that impressed me was that each person involved was well prepared and had full context from the previous interview. Never in my 15yrs of work experience, I have seen such a commitment. Everyone was respectful and friendly and appreciated my time.. They gave me instant feedback (which i love) and was useful to help prepare for next stages of the interview. The next questions askes about "Interview Difficulty" .. normally i feel, i m quite good when it comes to interviews, but I marked this as Difficult because, the team was very well prepared and really wanted to know me and challenge my thought process. But it was an exciting experience.
