Casual and informative about the role. They asked me a couple of questions but also gave me freedom to speak about what I wanted. I had stood out already because in my email to the manager asking to be hired, I had described my interest in yoga and experience with customer service work.

Question 1
What would you do if a customer became angry with you over the phone for something you didn't know how to fix?
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez YogaSix (Boise, ID) en août 2025
Entretien
Was interviewed by a third-party consulting company one man who was not local to the area, who interviews people for a living and never interviewed by the owner herself, she just reviewed the Zoom calls that I had with the consultant. I heard while interviewing that the owner is very sizes and elitist and that I was probably too thick as a size 12 to be hired by her. I did point-blank ask the interviewer if he had heard similar rumors or if he knew if she had hired people based off preferences before we started recording the zoom, I’m not sure if he informed her of that question or not. Either way I had just been the sales manager and acting general manager of a Pure Barre in another state. They are both owned by the same corporate company called exponential health and I am fully trained on all of their systems, their processes and deeply understand the mindset of the sales team and the corporate team. I basically came pre-trained and just needed to change a small amount of my sales pitch for yoga versus barre classes. I asked for critiques and an explanation of why I was not hired after a week and a half wait for an emailed one line email saying that I was not moving forward in the interview process. Never received a response.
