Very simple. A large concern was whether or not I'd be a morning person. It took roughly six months for them to give me a call after I submitted my initial application to work at the studio because my radius was limited to a particular location.

The interview was done with the owner, manager, and 2 other candidates. Interview responses were given in a panel format with everybody answering the same questions. The interview was very laid back.

Filled out a form and got a call same day. Then an in studio interview and I got the job! Background check took a while but everything else was super quick.
