I applied through a recruitment agency. 1 week later got a phone interview that was very casual (minimal technical questions) . 2 days later i received an email with a confirmation for the face to face interview that took place at their office in Leamington Spa. I was interviewed by 2 people. They went through my CV and the interview was technical + work experience. They appreciated honesty when i was answering their question (i said to some questions that i am aware you can do "that" but i have never done it before). For example I told them that i was aware that you could have objects in javascript but up to this point I have never used OOP with javascript. All the people that interviewed me were very nice and opened
