Interview process was normal, typical questions for experience, how you approach programming, and the like. I came in for a “second interview” which was a workout just to see how I move, my own form, etc. The trainer seemed more interested in how I would handle new exercises, which were along the lines of Instagram creativity. Less functional, more the likes of adding movements together for no specific reason.
