Recruiter prescreen - there was an ai assistant writing notes which made things a bit awkward, felt quite scripted but otherwise it was fairly casual. asked very generic questions about experience etc.

Entretien
Had a phone interview with HR who was friendly and spent the time explaining the role and projects. I then was scheduled for face-to-face meeting with two people which is where it all went downhill. The manager (one of the interviewers) was very erratic and rude - kept interrupting me and jumping with more questions before I could even finish answering the previous question. Both interviewers were patronizing and facetious through out the interview. Gradually, half way through the interview I was questioning whether I would like to work there or with them. Towards the end they had thoroughly made me feel uncomfortable to point that I informed them that I just did not want to pursue it any more. I felt that the interviewer was unapproachable and unwilling to fully answer questions about the role. The role was of a permanent capacity and yet they had a contractor there as an interviewer. Why would you use a contractor to interview someone for a permanent role? That is just contradictory in terms. I asked them what percentage of the work was done by contractor and what percentage out of the job description would be done by permanent member. I think this was a valid question to ask if I am being interviewed by a contractor. The contractor also arrived very late. Both interviewers appeared very unprofessional, racist, and difficult to communicate with during the process.
