Personal, more about morals and values than previous work experience I was given great detail about the position. Commission percentages are slightly confusing Overall good experience with people who genuinely enjoy what they do for work

I received a response to my application on the same day and had an interview scheduled a few days later. I drove an hour to my interview location (I am looking to relocate to the area) and had a positive first impression of the facility and their staff. However, upon sitting down to interview with a manager for what I thought was a full-time Fitness Director position, it quickly turned into a Trainer interview. The manager told me, "Well we can't just hire someone on as a Fitness Director." Their intentions were to start me as a Level One trainer with the possibility of MAYBE getting to Assistant Fitness Director one day at an undetermined location. This is what I would call a bait-and-switch interview. No where in the job posting did it mention having to work your way up to get a chance at the position. Overall, I left the interview frustrated and insulted.
