Everyone in the process was easy to talk to and asked great questions and I was able to ask questions at the end. Application, phone screen, and in person interview.
The interview process felt easy because I knew the hiring manager so it felt just like a conversation. There were lots of good questions that led to good conversation. Each hiring person can be different though.
