Company sends you forms to have all of your references fill out. I can't remember how many but I remember it seemed like a lot. Once you send in all the required paperwork you go in and speak with the Assistant Program Director. She explains a little about the position and the company and then asks you questions about yourself.

Straight forward questions. Lasted approx 30 mins. Two interviewers present each asked pre planned questions. No difficult questions were asked on the day. Interview conducted over Zoom at a time that suited me.

Called for an interview didn’t hear back until 3 weeks later. At the interview I showed a few minutes early. No staff was in the office except the director. The interview process felt informal and rushed. The questions were very easy to answer. Heard back from the employer a week after the interview to begin a background check. Started working there 2-3 weeks later.
