Entretien
Typically you’ll see a list of 80–90 words, and you’ll go through it twice:
Self – select the words that describe how you see yourself.
Self-Concept – select the words that describe how you think others expect you to behave at work.
There’s no right or wrong answer. The goal is to map your natural drives (dominance, extraversion, patience, formality).
