First interview is actually a group orientation. They tell you about the company, benefits and what they can do for you. Very laid back and informal. They want you to drill them with questions and literally ask them anything. You will meet the CEO/Founder, head of sales, processing and accounting. Company is small but brings in mucho money! Easy to move up. The promote based on performance not how long you have been. Seems like a great company. I'm waiting on second interview so I will update as soon as I complete that.

2 - 3 interviews. 1st Open Orientation is an informal group interview and those who ask good questions with professional resume` move forward. Then you are asked to write a letter on a deadline...Do not miss the deadline we are very punctual as a company!
