I had a long phone call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, who asked about my motivation and why I wanted to move abroad. The conversation was entirely in Spanish, even though the role covered several European countries and mainly required English fluency. The interviewer didn’t seem very friendly.
I thought the interview had gone well, but after three weeks I received an automatic rejection email. I had already sent the recruiter a message after one week asking for feedback, and I reached out again after receiving the automatic email. I never received a response.
