I had a lengthy phone screen with the HR director. A week or so later I was asked to come in for a five face to face interviews. Three could have easily been combined on a panel. The VP was most enjoyable and informative. When I got to the final and what I suspected the most critic, the Hr Director, she had no questions for me. I knew then I was not going to be selected.

Sat with 4 people. The HR interviewer was like a used car salesperson, totally drinking Koolaid. A VP that was pretty thorough, who actually disclosed to me some of the challenges theyre seeing. Two Managers, one knowledgeable, one without a clue. I led the interview for her.
