3 or 4 rounds of interviews, all behavioral-type interviews. One round is with the manager and another with a buyer. Mostly easy questions too. Like tell me about a time you faced a conflict.

Less of an interview, and felt more like a genuine discussion or more so like a supplier onboarding meeting. Overall, they understand that you are a student, but still want to see if you are the right fit for them and have some background in sourcing and procurement.
