The company fully lost me in the system AFTER the big interview. I had a one-hour video interview with the hiring manager. Then a few weeks later I had video interviews with 3 other employees on the team. Two weeks after that, I get a message from one of their internal recruiters that she couldn't tell if anyone had contacted me about the job at all yet. When I shared my interview timing and history, I received some generic feedback about why I was not selected that did not relate to any questions in the interview or requirements of the job posting.
