Initial interview with an in-house recruiter Cultural Interview The technical round interview which involved - Skill mapping exercise where I was asked what tools I've worked with and to rate my level of experience across infra, backend, frontend - Code review exercise. I had about 10 minutes to review code for a small program and provide comments - Pair programming & design (see question). The context given for the task was quite contrived, ie not a realistic scenario
