I applied online for Helsinki office. It was really ridiculous. I applied online and after an hour they got back to me saying “after carefully reviewing” message. Funny thing is you spend some time to apply but they are bothering themselves to give you to reason why they not to continue. This type of feedback is important in order for to improve yourself but they give their candidate less value.

Entretien
One technical round over skype (includes both technical questions and a coding challenge). Then onsite technical interviews (3 rounds - Coding, System design, Technical).
Overall, process took too long to reply even after I mentioned I have another offer. Long process. Don't expect them to finish the process soon. Salary offered was also not that competitive. Hence rejected the offer.

Entretien
Interview process is big, 5 interviews, technical, architectural, etc.. You need to be prepared.
The interviewers are friendly and will try to get the best of you. Don't be afraid.
