First HR Call, very short and concise. Pretty basic. Here I recommend you to tell them what they want to hear.
Then you have a 30 - 45 mins call with the team lead of the position you´re applied for. They asked me around background and questions to see my potential fit to the position.
After that, I got invited for a onsite interview. First hour is with the team leam, that came together with the marketing director. They were very friendly and nice. First introduce themselves, the team, and so on. Then they went through my CV and asked pretty much regarding each one of the points I had written in it.
After that a business case, they left me alone for 15 minutes to solve it. It was something like "X team wants to do a X campaign, based on this numbers, would you advise to do it or not". They want to know which KPIs would you approach, how, and why. If you are good with Marketing and used to it, you should pass it.
After that, they left and I had one more hour left with HR. Here they asked cultural fit questions, that you should answer around Zalando core values. She asked like "if you would be in this situation how would you react..." and that kind of things. If you went through their values, this part of the interview should be quite easy.
Overall they were nice and friendly. They know what they are doing and what they´re looking for.
