Awful experience. I've been in 2 different processes since November 2020 and nobody has given me proper feedback (after I was selected). Guess they are not yet prepared to manage how big they have become. Not serious people at all at what I think is the most important process in a company: Hiring competent people. But how they can handle competent people if the people interviewing are not. In the end, it wasn't that bad. I have been offered a better role in a better and more serious company. Is their loss. (For the record, my words are not coming from an angry place because I did not get the job), I have found a better one.
