I applied for a position at Zalando (Zeos) in early July. They scheduled an interview for the beginning of August. However, 45 minutes before the interview, I received an email saying I missed the meeting and my application was rejected. I immediately responded, explaining that the interview hadn’t even happened yet and that I was still waiting for it. I received a response acknowledging the mistake, and I was moved to the next stage. The next step took a month to schedule, finally happening in early September. It was supposed to be a 30-minute interview, but it lasted only 20 minutes with a few basic questions that didn’t seem relevant to the role. By the end of September, I received an automated rejection. What was the point of this 3-month process? Total waste of time. Absolute mess.

The interview process was pretty fast.
Round 1: 30 min with HR.
Round 2: an interview with a hiring manager a week later.
The interview was not difficult. But you should be ready to bring more cases to be flexible during the interview.
Imho the meeting with the hiring manager was too short (30 min) and I hadn't enough time to ask all my questions and to confirm the right understanding of responsibilities and focuses for the role.
