I had a really positive interview experience. The HR manager was friendly, responsive, and genuinely interested in learning about my background beyond just checking boxes. We had a great conversation, and she was open to all of my questions throughout the process.
Although I didn’t move forward to the next stages, I truly appreciated receiving thoughtful feedback afterward. That level of transparency and care is rare these days, and it meant a lot.

Can you describe a project you led from start to finish?
The interview process was comprehensive, with 5 interviews in total. I felt each one added value for me as a candidate to truly understand the company, the structure and the role. And on top of that everyone was super pleasant!

First contact, People team: Incredibly friendly, asked great questions and excelled at communicating org culture, not only with words but with actions. Was setup well for next round, the hiring manager had selected a case study of mine to review and the people team communicated it and also provided tips for interviewing with ZayZoon.
Second contact, Hiring Manager: Reviewed the selected case study, the interviewer had incredibly thoughtful questions and a genuine interest in the subject matter. They also embodied the culture described on the website and what I had experienced with the people team and were very transparent with current issues and the hiring process.
