1. Interview with the HR, just regular questions about your experience, salary expectation, work authorization...
2. Interview with the Firmware Engineer Manager. Very pleasant conversation about my experience mostly. The conversation was more in the form of a regular conversation (not question - answer) where we compared the ways and methodologies of work in my previous jobs compared to theirs.
3. Interview with the Hiring Manager. Pleasant conversation as well. More chances for you to ask about everything you want to know about the company. Walk through education background, employment history with related roles, notice period, commuting to the job,...

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zebra Technologies (Colombo, ) en avr. 2025

The interview process itself was okay, 1 virtual interview and 1 face-to-face interview in the Zebra Colombo office.
However, after this, I was sprung upon the question of being asked about my previous salary slip and pay information. This is very unprofessional and
should not be asked from candidates. Salaries should be awarded based on merit, knowledge, experience and the job role/description.
I firmly mentioned that i will not share this info, and afterwards i was dropped from the selection process, which is very unethical and a complete waste of my time.
