A 30 minute recuiter screen for a Sales Management Position. Focussed mostly on Channel Management rather than Sales Management. After the call there was no response from their recruiter. Completely ghosted and very unprofessional.

Online interview take 15 minutes , they didn’t ask serious questions , it looks like discussion
It was very bad interview experience
It seems they already finalized and selected the candidates but only they are making this for complete the process
