By phone first and then in person. It was short and straightforward. They mainly want to understand your work ethic. Very respectful, I can’t lie. The job is extremely hard though.

Straightforward. It was not difficult but relaxed. It wasa call centre job with Rogers with a target to make some sales. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Only worked there for a short while
