When I got contacted by the recruiter, I had to take an aptitude test. Then, I had a skype call with the HR Recruiter, Hiring Manager, and an in-person with the team. This happened all in 2 weeks since I applied.

1. Once HR Manager looked at resume/portfolio, he sent a link to take a Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT) 2. Google Hangouts videoconference interview with HR Manager + retaking CCAT under his watch 3. Phone interview with Product Manager
