I got the job link through my uncle, I was called for interview after some weeks, I went for the CBT test and later did online interview and I’m preparing for the second online interview

I was asked if a customer comes in and she’s shouting dat her ATM card was swallowed by the Machine and she refuses to calm down
I did internship with the bank for one year. After the internship I was invited for an interview for a full role. The interview was quite easy, and I was asked just one question.
