3 stage interview including HR phone interview, HM interview and Python test and an interview for the Python test. The entire progress spanned 2 months, as they told me they needed to prepare questions for each step. Obviously, they do not know exactly what they want, or there is no clear vision for the team.

3 interviews, 1 coding test: 1hr, 1 manager, coding test, another interview with the same manager and other team members. They waste people's time on 6 hrs on coding tests though.
