Four rounds and 2 dyas process. I applied online for offcampus and interviewed at Wadia college Pune. Day-1: Apptitude test with two programs. You can choose your language to write program from C, C++ or Java. After clearing aptitude test you've to clear GD. You must have a very strong communication skill to crack GD round. We're 15 people in our group and they took only 6 for further round. Day-2 We were waiting for technical discussion. He asked me everything from my resume. Confidence and clear concept will help you. He asked me to write even/odd number program in C. After clearing this round they we gave HR round. It was very quick and you must have power to impress someone within few minutes to crack this round. He only checks confidence, flexibility toward work and communication. Than I got my offer and joined Zensar as a Fresher.
