The interview was telephonic,The interviewer interviewed for about 1 hour. Started knowing the roles and responsibilities and technical questions.The interviewer seemed to be very dominant in terms of what ans he was expecting.Inspite of explaining my role for about 10 mins he was still not satisfied what role mainframe developer does?(he had his ans placed even for my role).Trying to confuse me with every answers as he already has his set of answers ready ans wasnt ready to accept my answers though it was correct.
