1st round at office. It was Written test for aptitude skills, english/e-mail writing and brain storming questions for analysis. 2nd round was a zoom meeting call after clearing the first round which is Team lead/Manager round, it's a personal interview, scenario questions were asked like how to handle an angry customer, previous experiences, Education, etc
