I was contacted by the company and had my initial online screening interview with the recruiter which was traditional in format. Second interview was with 2 VPs + Commercial Success Manager Team lead on site (for a team of 5 people..) with a general low understanding of project management, governance and structured vendor to customer delivery processes. I was talking to ship builders it seems as biased focus on shipping (one VP some type of container architect..) during the interview vs SaaS and actual technology- and sw delivery. The 1 hour interview gave little room for questions back aka poorly executed and it was evident they hadn't prepared by reading my CV. One thing gives another.. Some questions back were childishly taken out of context. Extremely low level questions at times and it was evident they weren't clear on actual needs for scaling up with larger clients and projects in terms of structure and processes. Not to mention lack of understanding of a PMs daily work and general responsibilities. 2/3 were using laptops and online chatting/smiling during the interview. Unserious altogether. As icing on the cake, weak follow up from HR after the interview. Don't recommend.
