Unduly long process. At least nine different interviews followed by an 8 on 1 panel interview on a case study. Most of panel seemed bored and/or not paying attention, no one could answer basic questions about how risk is mitigated and accepted (this was relevant to the case study). Final panel was enough to put me off the role. Was rushed through each step and completely ghosted after final panel.
