I want to warn others that this place is a "clown show". I am a Data Scientist working at a large multi-national, and I also have 15+ years of experience and two Master's degrees. ZestFinance callled me about interviewing with their firm and I made time in my day for the said interview. The date arrives and the interviewer NEVER shows up.
I write a nice email to the said Human Resources executive inquiring about the mishap and she does not respond.
A week later, their Head of Human Resources writes back and apologizes. Against my better judgement, I schedule a second interview with ZestFinance and she does not show up for this interview either.

Entretien
The interview process is very thorough. I would say 9 interviews is a bit much though. However, they are very open what they will be testing for, which allows you to prepare and practice. If things aligned, I would have liked working with Zest AI. The recruiter (Chris) is a fantastic resource and the people I met with I enjoyed talking to. Each of them are very competent, which I highly value in a technical workplace.
For full transparency, when I say got an offer, I didn’t get an offer for the senior position, I was declined. However a mid-role was offered.
It was a smooth process, the recruiter kept me informed and the usual questions. Easy questions from different rounds of interviews, they do a culture interview round which is different
