Hiring was actually done by an external company (Randstad), worked there for two weeks as a temp then got hired as a regular employee for the company but I've been to interviews and the questions asked are fair questions regarding the position being solicited and not trying to overwhelm the person with difficult questions.

Entretien
First round of interview was a project management , work experience and fitment round. Second round was scheduled with the Sr. Manager which was more technical. He asked about the projects, my role, any trainings which are relevant to this role etc. once the interview was over the second and third round happened with Human resources on salary negotiation and date
