Initially, I was contacted to conduct a phone interview following submission of my application 3 weeks prior. I was contacted by Human Resources and the lady was pleasant and walked through my resume to see if my experience was a fit for the role. After the phone interview I was asked to come on site to meet with various interdisciplinary teams for opening that I had applied.
