They called a group of seven people and started to test our communication skills. We introduce ourselves to the group and listen what are there experience, life and hobbies and our ability/skills for the job. Our knowledge on the job and also how we can deal different kind of problem.

Entretien
During your application here, they will give you an exam. A typing test exam, you have to get 40 wpm to pass it. And another exam which is a personality exam. As long as you pass the typing test the rest is for formality only including the interview. They care only for your typing speed. Well for me. It's based on my experience during my application here.
