Short, they were in a hurry of you to sign with them, they make you believe that they are going to give you good leads. Not true. just bad company, just bad company, not helpful, no supportive, make you feel there is some sort of racism. Just how they make you feel.

The Broker In Charge of the location brought me in to interview me, then provided me with an opportunity to interview him; because when one works in real estate, the interview process is as much for the prospective employee (or independent contractor) as it is for the company.
