Contacted a recruiter within the company for the interest in the position and sent my resume over. Had a phone interview with the direct manager that was mostly based on explaining your work experiences, projects + the reason why you want to work at Zonar. A few days later I had the opportunity for a 6 person interview face-to-face for almost two hours.
Once again, their questions were based off on your experiences in your resume and were mostly behavioral and some situational questions. I had a chance to go more in-depth about the projects, implementation and guidelines I’ve done and was able to share 2-3 questions with every person who interviewed me that day.
Was offered the position a few days later.
